Our Services
Boca Home Inspections provides residential home inspections, wind mitigation inspections, 4-point inspections, and roof inspections in Palm Beach County and Broward County, Florida. Every inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of the property, performed in general accordance with the InterNACHI Standards of Practice.
What an Inspection Is (and Is Not)
A home inspection is not a warranty, guarantee, or insurance policy. It reflects the condition of the property at the time of the inspection only. We do not move furniture, open walls, or perform destructive testing. Areas that are not accessible at the time of the inspection cannot be evaluated. Our report documents visible conditions and is intended to inform your decisions, not to predict the future performance of any system.
Reports
Your Inspection Clarity Report is delivered the same day by email and is prepared for the client named on the inspection agreement. Reports may not be relied upon by third parties without our written consent.
Scheduling and Cancellation
Appointments are confirmed by phone or email. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us at least 24 hours notice so we can offer the slot to another client. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a trip fee.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of the inspection. We accept cash, credit card, and check. Quotes are based on the property details you provide; if the property differs materially on arrival, we will discuss any price adjustment before beginning.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our total liability for any claim arising from an inspection is limited to the fee paid for that inspection. We are not liable for the cost of repairing conditions that were not visible or accessible at the time of the inspection.

Governing Law
